Whether you are picking up Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for recertification, attending to upgrade your education or to network, canfitpro events have something for everyone.
For your convenience, your conference Certificate of Completion will be available to download from your Member Profile in your canfitpro Portal account, approximately four (4) weeks after the conference.
To maintain the integrity of the event, only paying delegates, volunteers, and those approved by canfitpro are invited to attend sessions. Any attendees found violating these rules will be removed from the session/venue and their canfitpro membership and certification(s) will be revoked.
Big member benefit! canfitpro members will automatically receive access to post-event recordings. Don't worry! Non-Members can gain access to post-event recordings by selecting the $20 add-on during registration. You will be notified via email when recordings for your event are available, including the viewing period.
You will be emailed login information to access your sessions leading up to the event, and again on event day.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your session. If you arrive 20 minutes after the session starts, you will have missed a substantial part of the education and and may not be eligible for CECs
For online events, you will be required to provide your own equipment, if applicable. To prepare for event day, please check our page of equipment substitution suggestions.
Video recordings are not permitted, however, we encourage you to share your online event experience on social media (images of your laptop, tagging presenters and canfitpro, etc).
Your feedback is important to us and we read every evaluation submitted. After the conference, you will receive a link to our conference survey, where you can provide your opinion on every aspect of the Conference. Please take the time to complete the survey and help us provide you with your best conference experience.
A delegate is registered for the event.
Event rates are priced based on member and non-member rates. As a benefit to be a canfitpro member, the member rate is a lower cost. Each event includes registration fees applicable to the size of the event. Please refer to the registration details of the event you’re interested in attending, to view the rates.
Intensive workshops are priced based on member and non-member rates and the length of the intensive workshop. Prices are listed with the descriptions of each intensive workshop available at each event.

Confirmation and receipt is received via email immediately once the registration is complete.
No, we welcome all fitness enthusiasts to our events. The diverse curriculum available at each event tailors to both fitness professionals and fitness enthusiasts.
We welcome all participants. canfitpro members enjoy the low member rates. If you are not a member, canfitpro offers a special non-member rate.
If you are canfitpro certified, you will receive CECs for attending the event. Please reference the specific event page for details on how many CECs are awarded for that particular event. For CECs from organizations not listed, please contact your certification agency to inquire about petitioning for credit recognition.
No fees are applied for changing sessions. Delegates can go back into their registration by clicking on the link in their confirmation email and change sessions as they please.
- 60+ day: no cancellation penalties
- 5-59 days: 15% administration fee
- Less than 5 days prior to event: no refunds or cancellations
All event cancellations must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the published start date of the event will not incur a cancellation penalty.
Cancellations received between 60 and five (5) days prior to the published start date of the event will be charged an administration fee of 15% of the total conference registration fee (plus applicable taxes).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five (5) days prior to the published start date of the event.
No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows, partially used registrations, on-site registrations or membership fees.
It is not permissible to split a registration between two people. Delegates found violating this rule will be expelled from the event without refund.
