Green Goddess Fuel Recipe

This is the perfect on-the-go smoothie to fuel up after your workouts. It will sit well for a few hours so all you need to do is give it a good shake and drink up! Not only is the smoothie loaded with protein, it is also loaded with antioxidants including vitamin C and E, making it the perfect smoothie combo.

  • ¼ cup frozen avocado, chunks
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup frozen mango, chunks
  • ½ green apple, diced
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 cups coconut milk

Blend together well and enjoy!
