Avocado Shots

Written by Tatiana Vicol

Green, smooth, and delicious, avocados are packed with healthy fats, E, K & B vitamins, also minerals like potassium & magnesium.

Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin, a powerful antioxidant & plays an important role in skins aging process.

Vitamin K plays an important role in blood clot formation and strong bones.

B vitamins help with stress & anxiety symptoms, PMS, & memory.

The monounsaturated fat found in avocadoes may help lower LDL, also known as “lousy” cholesterol which in turn helps prevent heart disease.
